Your gallery will be available online for a year after your wedding. Be sure to download the images from your gallery before then and save it in multiple places for safe keeping. If you love the convenience, we have an option to upgrade your gallery to keep it online.

Gallery Expiration

You’ll receive an email with the link to your photos within 3 months of your wedding. We recommend saving the link to your online gallery as a bookmark in your phone’s web browser or adding it to your phone’s home screen. Then you can view your photos anytime!

Delivery & Turnaround

We have one rule: do not re-edit the images or apply filters to any images. You are allowed to convert an image to black and white.

This is especially important for when images get shared on social media, because editing the image is then no longer representative of the photographer's artistic work. Your online network may not know the difference between how we edited the image and the filter you applied which can negatively affect the reputation and marketing ability of the photographer.  You can request specific edits and alterations via email for an additional fee which is listed in your wedding contract.

No-Editing Policy

We’ve set it up so that our bride and groom get additional permissions within the gallery. This includes the ability to hide images that you don’t want shared out further with family and friends. Look for an "eye" symbol on an individual image to hide it from others view.

You can share your images in any way that you choose! We don’t watermark our couple’s images, but we do ask for credit whenever you use an image on social media.

Sharing Images

The best way to send images on your phone is to first download the high resolution image to your desktop and then transfer it to your mobile device via Dropbox, Google Photos, or AirDrop (for Mac iOS devices).

Adding photos to your phone

You will be able to download the high resolution edited images directly from your online gallery!

Download a single image
Click on an image from your gallery and then click on the downwards arrow icon. The image will then begin downloading to your computer.

Download multiple images
The best way to save multiple images at a time is to go through your gallery and use the heart icon to mark your favorites. In the top menu you will then see an arrow icon with "Multiple Selection" as an option. There you will find your list of favorited images. 

Download the full gallery
From the top menu, use the download arrow icon to download the full gallery. We recommend saving the High-Res version so that you can print the images at their highest quality. When you download the entire gallery, you will get all of the images in a .ZIP file along with a print release.
